Refund policy

Need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason? We're here to help!

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To arrange a return please email us at sales@diamondparrot.com and we will supply a returns form and address label.  Pack the goods securely, add the returns label to the front of your package and return within 30 days of our email reply.  We regret we are unable to cover the cost of return postage at this time.

A refund will be generated within 2 working days of receipt of returned goods provided they meet the standards above.  Email confirmation will be provided.  Refunds are processed by Shopify payments and are subject to Shopify's policies and procedures.
