As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve day-to-day, our top priority during this time is to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, and our community. 

At diamondparrot.com, taking care of each other is important to us. We have therefore taken new measures to ensure that you have peace of mind when receiving your orders. For example, all staff members have been trained on proper hand-washing procedures, staff must wear face masks during order preparations and packing, work areas are disinfected and cleaned prior to handling each order. We maintain high levels of hygiene during delivery services and take appropriate precautions when shipping packages via postal services.

Please be aware that delivery may take a little longer from time to time as postal services deal with the challenges of the pandemic.
